- Hercules Added December 04, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you are a landlord and value your property you will not even think about giving it to Elders. They spent above the amount I approved without letting me know, I get a bill for nearly $500 for a job that should have cost no more than $200. The inexperience on their property managers is obvious by the way they avoid phone calls and try to dodge issues that affect your property.

My wife and I apply to inspect every NRAS rental that comes up and either get no response or a message a week later saying the place is no longer available. Calls aren't answered and left messages get no response. Have not been able to book a single inspection and can't apply for the properties without inspecting the place. I rented out a property through them and found them to responsive, organised and professional. Special mention to Michelle Carrington for being on the ball at all times, and whilst she was on leave Lillian Dobson. Many thanks and I highly recommend their services
