The level of customer service here is really high, happy to share knowledge of local areas too!!

Had to go back to replace something and was served by Russell who I assume is the owner. He was rude and patronising and I'm not convinced he has a good level of knowledge. He wasn't forth coming if he does. I'll be going back to online shopping for gear and wouldn't recommend people use this store.
